VIDEO: Citroen's MINI Cooper JCW Fighting DS3 Racing 200HP

Here's the first official video clip of the limited edition Citroen DS3 Racing that will be formally introduced at the Geneva Motor Show next week. A creation of Citroen's Racing division that handles the firm's World Rally Championship cars, the DS3 Racing will be produced in a strictly limited number of 1,000 units.

The hottest variant yet of the French automaker's premium supermini is powered by a tweaked version of the BMW-PSA Citroen Peugeot co-developed 1.6-liter turbocharged engine that's also used on the rivaling MINI Cooper JCW model. In the DS3 Racing, the 1.6 THP delivers an output of 200HP.

Understandably, the engineers at Citroen Racing didn't stop at the engine as the DS3's suspension, steering wheel and braking components were also upgraded to further improve driver's feedback and handling. For more details and photos, click here.
